How should we prepare for the session ?
Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep the night before. Prepare your clothes in advance, ensuring they are clean and ironed. Arrive with positive energy, and be sure to eat beforehand so you're comfortable and in the right mindset. Stress can affect the atmosphere of the shoot, so staying relaxed and upbeat will help keep the morale high and the session enjoyable.
How to dress for a family photoshoot ?
We will cover this during your consultation, but options like matching outfits, such as blue jeans and white tops, coordinating pyjamas, or matching pyjamas or similar colours schemes. You can choose formal or casual attire, depending on your family dynamic and how you'd like to present yourselves in the photos.
How do you make us comfortable in front of the camera
As a professional photographer from London, I work with people from all walks of life. My goal is to ensure that you and your family have fun on set and make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I achieve this through guided poses, good music and plenty of encouragement. However, it's essential that you also put effort into uplifting your family members. Even one unkind comment can affect the entire shoot. I always encourage kindness, both to yourself and others as we can sometimes become to comfortable and unintentionally disrespectful.
